It’s always cheaper to buy tickets early. As of this posting, airfare from New Orleans to Paris is about $1100.00. The price will most likely increase with each passing week. If you know your travel dates, book your flight as soon as possible. You may want to consider traveling before or after the program. It's possible to fly into one city and out of another. For example, if your plans include traveling to Italy after the program compare the price of flying out of Venice or Rome to the cost of taking a train back to Paris just to get on the plane back to BR. Even if you don’t save much money you will most certainly save time. And speaking of travel time, pay attention to the duration of your trip when purchasing tickets. Some flights have longer layovers or multiple connections. Often you can find a shorter overall trip for the same price.

Remember, you want to leave on May 30 arrive in Paris on May 31. You are welcome to fly earlier, just remember you need to be in Paris on May 31.
